In 1997, PBE-Roboplas, an Australian company, was formed by the merging of two successful plastics industry specialists:

PBE Paul Blunschi Electrics, founded in 1975 by Paul Blunschi and Roboplas, founded in 1985 by Francis Frutschi.

Their experience, along with the expertise of our engineers and designers, have enabled PBE-Roboplas to offer unique, outstanding service and trusted partners to the plastics industry. Both Paul and Francis have recently retired. The company is now managed by Shaun Parker who has been with the company for 20 years and Gerald Frutschi, Francis’ son.

For over 20 years, PBE-Roboplas has now provided sales and service to the plastics industry of Australia. Our staff have extensive experience in plastics machinery, robotics and pneumatics.

Our aim is to support the plastic moulder with the repair and maintenance of existing machinery, supply new machinery when needed, or simply help with practical advice.

We are agents for Yizumi, Enmair, Sinco and others.

We also design and manufacture special purpose machines and controls for applications to complement your ideas or designs.

Our Team

Gerald Frutschi

Gerald has returned to the company after a hiatus of 12 years and is now in charge of Sales and is a co-owner of the company. His experience totals 20 years within the plastic industry both as sales and as a machinist with extensive pneumatic and hydraulic experience.

Shaun Parker

Shaun is co-owner of PBE Roboplas and has worked with company for 19 years specializing in servicing injection moulding machines. Shaun takes a keen interest in his customers business and travels nationally to build customer relationships and service the machines. He travels internationally to trade shows to keep up to date on the latest trends.

Francis Frutschi

Francis was the original partner of PBE Roboplas and created the company. His extensive knowledge in the plastics industry was a key cornerstone to the business. He has built strong customer relationships over the years, and now his son Gerald has taken over from him.

Oliver Blunschi

Oliver has been with the company for 20 years. His expertise is with PLC programming , design both mechanical and electrical and servicing.

Vikash Sami

Vikash is our installation and service technician and graduated from Australian Pacific Technical College in Fitting and Machining.

Brendan Orridge

Brendan is our electrical fitter. He has graduated from Miller Tafe, the largest training and education provider in Australia! Brendan is an avid soccer supporter too.

Andriana Andreou

Andie is our office manager. Andie joined us in 2016 and keeps the operations running and us all in order!
